The khlong takes you to
Where wonder never fails.
 
Look left and right
That’s a wat right?
With saffron roofs as if
Floating on water light.
 
There goes express boat
Full of merit makers on board
To disembark at the steps
Taking down offering loads.
 
Let the wind blow
Rest on one side of your elbow
And ignore the engine noise as
You get ready for what’s further down the flow!
